SIZING & FIT
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Our onesies come in 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-12M, 12-18M, and 18-24M. Adult tees come in XS-L. Check our size chart on each product page — all items are designed to fit true to size, but we recommend checking measurements for the best fit.
Q: My baby is between sizes. What should I order?
A: We recommend sizing up if your baby is on the larger side or if you want room for growth. All our pieces are made to last through the season, so a slightly roomier fit can extend how long your little one wears them.
Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
A: Not at this time, but we're always listening. If you need a specific size, email us — we might be able to help.
MATERIALS & SAFETY
Q: What are your onesies made from?
A: Our onesies are 100% soft cotton, gently pre-shrunk. No harsh chemicals, no weird coatings. Just quality fabric that feels good on baby skin.
Q: Are your products safe for newborns?
A: Yes. All our pieces meet CPSC standards for children's clothing. We use non-toxic dyes and materials. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, email us and we can provide more detailed information.
Q: Do you use sustainable materials?
A: We're committed to sourcing responsibly, but we're honest about it — we're not perfect. We use quality, durable materials so pieces last longer (that's the best sustainability). We're always exploring better options.
CARE & WASHING
Q: How do I wash Boo + Bear pieces?
A: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Our food designs are printed with high-quality inks that hold up to regular washing.
Q: Will the design fade or crack?
A: Our prints are designed to last. With normal washing and care, they'll stay vibrant. If you notice cracking or fading after just a few washes, that's not normal — email us.
Q: Can I use stain remover?
A: Yes. We recommend treating stains before washing. Our fabrics are durable and hold up well to spot treatment. Test on a hidden area first if you're using something new.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 3-5 business days if it's in stock, if an item is out of stock we'll notify you via email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship to the US only. International shipping coming soon (we hope). Email us if you need something shipped outside the US — we might be able to work something out.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free shipping on orders over $75. Otherwise, flat-rate shipping is $5.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for size/color swaps or damaged items. We don't offer refunds, only exchanges. All sales are final.
Q: How do I start an exchange?
A: Email us at itsbooandbear@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. We'll send a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your item, we'll ship your replacement.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged?
A: We're so sorry. Email us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement right away — no questions asked.

Q: Why are your pieces food-themed?
A: Because we're obsessed with creative, fun designs that make getting dressed actually enjoyable. Food themes are relatable, unexpected, and honestly just cute. Plus they make amazing gifts.
Q: Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
A: Not yet, but we're thinking about it. Email us if you have a specific request — we love hearing ideas.
Q: Are the designs machine-printed or hand-printed?
A: They're professionally printed with high-quality inks. Each piece is made to last through multiple washes and lots of love.
GIFTS & OCCASIONS
Q: Are Boo + Bear pieces good for baby showers?
A: Absolutely. Our onesie + beanie + socks bundles come in coordinated sets and look adorable as gifts. They're practical, unique, and way more interesting than the standard baby gifts.
Q: Can I include a gift message?
A: Not automated yet, but email us and we can add a handwritten note to your order.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Our Mini Meal Bundles come in their own cute takeout container packaging (which is basically gift wrapping). For individual pieces, we use tissue paper to make it special.
NEWSLETTER & UPDATES
Q: How often do you email?
A: About once a month, sometimes less. We share new launches, restocks, and behind-the-scenes stuff. No spam, just real updates about what we're doing.
Q: Can I unsubscribe?
A: Of course. Every email has an unsubscribe link. No hard feelings.
